A Malaysian stuck in middle management career-wise. I’ve worked my way to where I am today, through the rank-and-file way due to a lack of paper (read: degree). It’s been hard at times, but I always believed it’s where you finish that counts, not where you start.

I suggest you enrol with EMC Management Centre for a Diploma in Management awarded by UTM which is a part-time weekend class (on sundays only) for one year. Try lah! At least get a paper qualification and it is not difficult and I know that your company sponsors their staff for educational fees.
